This card is made with "Just Because" Cards cartridge. I cut the card and boarder out, then the pig & Hogs and Kisses from a different section of the same cartridge. I used Valentine paper I got in packs from Target $ bin last year. The 'heart w/wings' I used from the solutions cartridge Love Struck 2010.
Sharing my love of my Cricut and my calling to comfort with cards.

I've been busy again....
The first 11 are the cards from the new solutions cartridge 'Spring Holiday Cards'. I used the same background from all of them. I love the Fungi one! There are a few that could be used anytime. These are so easy and fast! I think I would embellish them some. You could just write on the back of it or attach to a card. I think I cut the large ones are 5 3/4" and the small one at 3 1/4". (fit to size for envelope landscape and portrait.) Has alot of different shapes to 'attach' them to, you can just slip into slits on corners! So easy-peasy.

I got two new cartridges today....
Designer's Calendar and Mother's Day Bouquet. Haven't played with the Calendar cartridge yet, but look at the pretty flower I made. I used a stamp with words and cut a flower and the rest are just plain white cartridge that I inked on the edges and the biggest one I used Stickles. These are going to look great on cards! I used a pearl as the center!
A country life card....
I've got so many ideas for this cartridge, but remember a pitcher in a bowl in our guest room when I was growing up on a farm in Kentucky. I still think of myself as a country girl, even after living 30 years in St. Louis. I always felt like a round peg in a square hole---it wasn't a good fit.
I used Martha Stewards butterfly punch with 3 stamps for the butterfly and an unknown stamp set I pick up at Micheal's--'Just For You'--(I think).
I love adding a little surprise on the inside. I used an old Martha Stewart leaf punch and a set of a very small flower punch I got at Target (got a Christmas set and a cupcake set--top and bottom--also) and put a center on the flowers with my I-Rock. I think the little flower punch set is from EK.
I got my new solutions cartridge late yesterday afternoon -- Spring Holiday Cards -- they are so cute--came so close to not getting them! They are great for some really fast fun cards! Love them--will make pictures and post later!
Hope you like my Pitcher card. I LOVE COMMENTS!!! I would like to be making cards than blogging about the cards I made--UNTIL I get a comment on my post!
Thanks to you who regularly leave comments--they keep me sharing!

I had seen one of these on youtube....
And thought it was cute. I used the Fabulous Find (not a cartridge I think of when making a card--just use for accessories) but this was adorable!

I got this stamp at Micheals in the $1 bin and was going to cut it apart--because I have the Preserves cartridge--but decided since the 'note' area was small--I'd use the whole stamp. I put some Accent glaze on top of the peach after coloring it with my colored pencils.

I also got a stamp that says "i think you are..." and then has 4 other small stamps--a pepper that says "hot", a piece of cheese that says "cheesy", and then the other two above! I love them and almost didn't get them!

and some I made over the break
I really like black white and red--made these with my Nellie Snellen Floral punches and my Justrite Stamps
Had to make something with my new Once Upon a Princess cartridge--love that Martha Stewart boarder stamp.
A little Christmas note card I made--so cute--love 3 Birds on Parade.
(glad things are back to normal!) Hubby is back to work and daughter is back to school--just me and Buttercup--my puppy dog--she has a King size bed and lets me and Terry sleep on it with her! LOL!!
Until next time......
Let's play cards!

I found my camera.....
I improved the inside with a smiley face sun (from Everyday paperdoll cart) and cloud (also on everyday paperdoll)--front has bird from 3 Birds on Parade--and puddle from Create a Critter.
Added a cloud to this one too (Everyday paperdoll) Whale from Create a Critter.
Now I'll post the ones I made over Christmas break.
Hugs--you'all

I CAN'T FIND MY CAMERA
But I think it's in my car! I've only got two new cards to post--like them both....but today I'm making two get well cards (for hubby's friends) and starting a special card from my mom's B-day--she will be 90 on January 19th! So I need a really great card for her.
I gave my niece a cricut for Christmas and she is thrilled. She's call and text to thank me. She'll be getting married 9-10-11 at noon, so 9,10,11,12--yeah--she's a planner!
I'll post the pix later--
Hope all had a blessed Christmas and starting the best new year ever!
