with the post-it note holders? Oh, I sent hubby out yesterday and he came back with 4----ONLY four!!!

I said earlier that I would post pix when I got these done...so here they are--I don't have the Monogram program--but found some on 'A Child's Year' cartridge that I think might work--what do you think?

I haven't used my Bid-It-All much--this is a great project to use it!

I used some heavy card stock instead of chipboard.

Laura, my 17 yr old dau, is in Panama City, Fla with her boyfriend and his mom, dad and sister. Sister and boyfriend are college student and both parent work at desks. I use the initial of there last name and made these post-it note holders as a small thank you for the trip.

After the surgery...

---my bro-in-law had surgery on one of his feet and I made this card to take to St. Louis, on my last trip....but forgot to glue down the inside sentiment.



So I brought it back to AL and now will mail it. The inside sentiment says....'I'll ask God to relieve your pain and speed your healing'. Hope he likes it.

I think it's a little busy...if I make another one like this, I'll change up the paper.

Snowman & woman card

I used my hardly used Winter Woodland Cartridge.
Snowman & woman cut from Page 46 & 47 at 2 1/4" & 2--respectively.
The trees are from page 36 and I cut one at 2 1/2" and 2 at 2 1/4".

Use some beautiful tree paper 'woodland trees' from DCWV I just got on my St. Louis trip to Archivers! Good thing I don't live closer to one of those!

A dear friend lost her pet.....

so I thought I would send her a card. Her daughter just got married, and her other child, a son, just graduated from high school and will be leaving soon for college. I've lost dogs and know how much it hurts, but with all the other going on, I know she is going to miss her puppy a lot.

I say a card on the cricut discussion board an thought it would be perfect for my friend.








I used the Paper Pups and the Walk in my Garden with the boarder function. I like the way it came out.

This is a card I saw on the discussion board--Loved it--will change some of the sizes next time, but for the first one--I like it. I'm going to at some glossy accents to the flowers and maybe to the 'with sympathy'.



I'm loving that new 'contour' method--that's how I made the frame on the card above.

A challenge from CARDZ TV.....

to make a Christmas Card in July using only Pink, Green, Red, White and Black! Okay---I can do this!!!

I used the Mother's Day cartridge and the new contour method to make the black around the white mat--which I embossed with the Swiss Dots. I used the Home Decor cartridge for the black bird. I used the Joy of the Season for the Christmas branch (cutting a few leaves off to make room for the bird and the hanging ornament. I added bling to the ribbon and the berries on the tree branch and the birds eye.





I saw a similar card used for a sympathy card in just black and white.

I like the way the card came together.




Well, this is my card for Mary's challenge--I really want that cute snowman cartridge!
